Terms of Use for the Wargames Heaven Website

This is all that stuff that we have to say and you are agreeing to when you make online purchases.

Products

We sell a full range of wargaming products from miniature figures, paints, rule books, scenery, board games, CCGs and anything else which we can think of that is appropriate but excluding computer or electronic games.
Whilst we take every effort to ensure that the pictures displayed with the product descriptions are accurate there is no guarantee that the product purchased will match this image.
Models are supplied unpainted and require assembly unless otherwise stated. Due to small part and metal components these products are not suitable for young children. In addition, some products on the site can only be sold to people over 18.

Prices & Taxes

The prices displayed are inclusive of VAT which is currently calculated at 17.5%. Obviously those products which are not covered by VAT do not have this included in the price. Your invoice will show the VAT total included in your purchase.
The 10% discount on Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantasy Battle products from Games Workshop is an average saving as you will save more on some items and slightly less on others. Whichever it is, you'll still pay less than the RRP.

Payment Methods

We accept credit and debit card payments through WorldPay and PayPal. You do not need an account with either of these organizations and they are merely used to ensure that you have a secure shopping experience. Due to a number of orders not being collected we have had to stop offering the "Cash on Collection" service.

Shipping & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time within 7 days of the day after the date of despatch. You must inform us of this, either in writing or e-mail. Once you have cancelled your order, assuming this is after it has been sent to you, you will need to return the item(s) to us in good condition.
We will refund the cost of the item(s), including the postage to you, within 30 days of being informed that you want to cancel the order.
