Which Foam?

The main range of replacement foam trays that we carry for carry case come from KR Multicase. This range is pretty extensive and offers what may seem like a bewildering variety of options. To help you select the right tray for your needs the range is explained below. And remember, the KR spare trays include a cover pad.

KR F-Type
The F-type trays have 36 compartments, measure 380mm x 255mm and are available in 6 compartment depths: 10mm, 23mm, 32mm, 51mm, 70mm and 110mm.
The compartments in the F-type tray are, at 53mm x 30mm (LxW), the largest for figure storage of any comparable system.
These fit the range of KR Multicase carry cases.

KR N-Type
The N-type trays have 40 compartments, measure 380mm x 255mm and are available in 6 compartment depths: 10mm, 23mm, 32mm, 51mm, 70mm and 110mm.
The compartments in the N-type tray are, at 50mm x 25mm (LxW), comparable to many trays on the market.
These fit the range of KR Multicase carry cases.

KR V-Type
This is V-format trays, measuring 380mm x 255mm, contain segmented pick & pluck foam arranged in 6 rows, 30mm wide with 10mm walls.
These fit the range of KR Multicase carry cases.

KR D-Type
This is D-format trays, measuring 380mm x 255mm, contain segmented pick & pluck foam arranged in 5 rows, 40mm wide with 10mm walls.
These fit the range of KR Multicase carry cases.

KR 6mm & 10mm
The type "610" trays are designed for 6mm and 10mm size figures/armies. These trays have tabbed ends for easy loading and unloading, reinforced bases to help support large armies, fit 5 trays in a standard KR case and 10 in a double case, this gives up to 200 compartments in a standard case.

KR GW Replacements
The KR replacement trays for GW standard cases are 360mm x 265mm trays. However, compared to the standard GW or similar tray set, you can store up to 160 figures in a GW or similar size case using the four tray set the with same size compartments as your current trays! These are not shown below as they are the same as the different tray types except for the dimensions to fit the GW cases.

KR also offer a cardboard tray, the O-Type, which has 39 compartments. These trays are 50mm x 30mm x 35mm (LxWxD) and are only available in one depth.
